booking and payment

  • first-time customers: full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • returning customers: a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 5 days prior to arrival.

cancellation policy

  • cancellations made more than 20 days prior to arrival date: full refund.
  • cancellations made 10-20 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund.
  • cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival date: no refund.
  • no-shows: no refund.

general terms

  • check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • smoking is prohibited inside the honey house.
  • guests are responsible for any damages to the property or equipment.
